Change and mathematical scope

Conditional κ = 0.00312418633064, an increase of 0.00000082576064 over #5802 and 0.00000078633064 over concurrent #5806. The exact raw crossing is (0.00312418633663374, 0.00312418633663375).

This realizes the released fourth, role-92 accumulation after composing #5802's three updates with both #5795 blocks. Six actual observations enter one owned buffer, which receives a paid native conversion, delivers before the next destination read and is cleared. Exact remapping handles a source chart node split into two. The additional signed gain is H1 + H4 − H5; changed helper targets and boundaries remain charged. The final word has 25,984 events and 799 coordinates; the complete caller pays 66,888 calls for 13,444 productive targets, with rank surplus 760.

All five framework assumptions remain: native_all_columns, owned_erasure, compiler, precision_tape, analytic_recovery. No large uniform word or rounded multiplier is materialized; no selected-frontier change or independent human acceptance is claimed.

That join is credited shared work; the fourth accumulation's exact realization and complete validation are additional here. Active mixed-payload searches are outside scope.

Validation

Full normal and isolated/optimized registered replays pass, including all 638,401 endpoint coefficients, 2,919 native maps with absolute phase, the complete physical caller, two rational price engines, the compiler and all 54 strict/four functional outer checks. Thirty construction/caller/invoice controls, eleven source controls and four independent receipt controls reject corruptions. The final read-only, Git-free export passes with unchanged bytes/modes. Python 3.12.14, standard library only; exact commands and export hashes are in VALIDATION.md.

Open next questions

A separate reviewer can check the observation remapping, read barrier and all changed native/caller/compiler charges. Further κ improvements require a changed complete invoice and a fresh live-scope check; this fixed-invoice ceiling is not global. See the package README's next questions.

CI dependency: includes Ali Romman’s test-only repair from PR #5761, commit ba8a9e640e1983f3c29993fefa3f46e8ed03313a, cherry-picked with original authorship and provenance retained. Priority revision 8 changed the live catalogue, leaving the old onboarding tests with eight failures and two errors before package replay. The repair retains explicit historical-route fixtures and checks the live catalogue separately. Research artifacts, source pins and mathematical claims are unchanged by this repair.

Repair validation: the full test_research_*.py suite passes locally under Python 3.12.14 (513 tests, 29 platform-dependent skips), and all 12 routing tests pass in isolated optimized mode. Hosted plan and scientific replay both pass on repaired head 33d7760d0a6fea6394aefd014eea68f0af02a92e: successful run.
