CI note: The onboarding job fails on unchanged upstream tests (8 failures, 2 errors), independently reproduced locally. PR #5761 proposes the separate repair. Package selection and hosted replay were skipped. This contribution’s documented local verification and internal AI review passed.

Change and mathematical scope

Correct #5837's description of the selected #5599 native checker: it already compares signed Pauli actions and exact |0> images, fixing absolute phase. Explain the existing tensor-lifting implication and distinguish it from physical execution.

Count 3,447 MOVE occurrences and independently check all 512 columns of one actual MOVE. No new κ, full native replay or complete assumption discharge is claimed.

Task and overlap

Refined uniform-transfer-audit, priority revision 8.

Validation

CPython 3.12.14: normal/optimized registered checks, 512 positive columns and phase/address fault controls pass. Final byte/mode/source-history checks pass for 20 files; read-only Git-free replays preserve all 21 export files. Two internal Codex reviews found no unresolved blockers.

python3 -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/selected-move-phase-coverage

Detailed evidence and limitations. No full selected replay, physical tape execution or formal proof check was run. Hosted CI remains separate.

Open next questions

Implement event 9589's dynamically lowered recipe on an actual arbitrary-width owner/tape interface, including spectators, normalizers, scratch restoration and every charge. All five selected assumptions remain.
