Link PathwayMech to the export matching its published corpus #401
Description
The PathwayMech “KGX nodes and edges” link in PR #399 points to output/kgx, whose committed export covers only 157 pathways, 2,563 nodes and 7,313 edges.
At the PR's original PathwayMech pin 407f1e2d992494f4a61ba336bedfc24155ea5574, the page describes 186 pathways and 8,535 edges. The matching export is in pages/downloads, with 186 pathways, 3,059 nodes and 8,535 edges. At the replacement refresh pin 720ebcddbc421fbc01a4a82461fcbf13da7ea44f, that download manifest covers 198 pathways, 3,207 nodes and 8,977 edges; output/kgx remains unchanged.
Point the link in _fleet/mechs_template.md to the pinned complete downloads, regenerate mechs.md, and verify its manifest counts and file checksums.
