• Derive fleet membership and capability rows from the published CLAW manifest at 73958edb97994bc16c5404443956ee64c47bfe9b, including DUFMech's 20 enabled, three disabled, and three not-applicable capabilities.
• Support scoped website rechecks without redating the October 5 baseline, census, cards, repository pins, or other eleven website rows.
• Bind DUFMech's October 7 website recheck to successful Pages deployment 6920450378 at 1dccc4ff61998e78f12448c52f37e4d370fe7299.
• Correct the update checker's attribution of later per-site audit dates. Fixes Update checker misdates site-specific website feature rechecks #392.

The 24 website criteria are distinct from the 26 repository capabilities. Provider-backed research, METPO proposals, and causal graphs remain disabled. Offline scanning is excluded from the live nightly schedule.

All 6,532 DUF families remain SEEDED/UNSCORED, with zero curated functional assertions. Retained review artifacts are scoped non-scientific checks. Domain tracks show sampled sequence coordinates, not 3D structures or complete family alignments. P33017 is an inactive historical reference.

Complete served bulk identifiers and all 131 offline listing pages support catalogue coverage; this is not an exhaustive public-record crawl. No scientific corpus or census refresh is included.
