Tighten vertical spacing at the top of the X-Mech page - #397

Conversation
Tighten vertical padding and margins in the X-Mech title and intro panel, statistics tiles, and gaps around the section shortcut bar. The shared-vocabulary section starts 107–126 pixels earlier across the checked screen widths, with the same text, font sizes, widths, grid columns and content order. Validation: all 205 unit tests and the generated-page check pass. Browser comparisons at 1440, 1024, 768 and 390 pixels confirm identical content, heading and link order, typography, horizontal dimensions and grid columns; all eleven section targets resolve, both recently added shortcuts work, and there is no horizontal page overflow or JavaScript error.
