Add CMMMech and kg-microbe vocabulary comparison

CMMMech now appears throughout the X-Mech suite, and kg-microbe appears as the final vocabulary-table row with a 10-pixel spacer above it. Mech rows retain descending vocabulary-count order, with biological-order ties.

• Add CMMMech's three material records to the ladder, cards, graph, census, statistics, repository support matrix, website feature table, related-tool lists and footer. Its five measured shared-vocabulary connections extend the graph from 56 to 61 edges; all existing edge assets and census counts are unchanged. Record links use its pinned GitHub files. The website feature row explicitly states that no website is published.
• Count kg-microbe's released 2025-03-07 core KGX node table with the shared namespace registry: 1,379,336 nodes and 64 tracked vocabularies. The combined table has 162 vocabularies. Counts include identifiers in node fields, cross-references and descriptions; they exclude edges, graph-local identifiers and namespaces outside the registry. The comparison has its own source manifest, hashes and 64 record-list assets, separate from Mech totals and graph indexes.
• Refresh CLAW membership to its thirteen-member declaration and re-query merged-PR activity. Preserve the October 7 source revisions for the original twelve Mechs and their existing website-feature audit dates. CMMMech has its own addition pin time; native review artifacts do not imply a REVIEWED status field or adoption of shared fleet contracts.

Evidence:

• CMMMech records, schema, scientific reviews and licenses at 9053885. The complete committed YAML inventory contains cobalt, neodymium and palladium records; the card audit compares canonical record paths and blob hashes, rejecting truncated Git-tree responses.
• CLAW fleet manifest at 7e6c3ee. CMMMech declares 7 enabled, 16 disabled and 3 not-applicable capabilities, with upstream reasons preserved.
• kg-microbe 2025-03-07 release. Core archive SHA-256: a7eebfc255ed39435cdd2f28754b5bd6b063b3c58fced02477ba687c2fd3e953; node-table SHA-256: 6c45021ef76e072e41bd8619ba55850b17f60ce3eef82a0a9dea6172df1eea47.

Validation: 214 unit tests pass; generated-page freshness, manifest consistency, JavaScript syntax and diff checks pass. Local Chrome checks pass at 1440, 1024, 768 and 390 pixels, including row ordering, spacer and cell heights, populated and empty cells, pinned CMMMech links, comparison-cell retry, CMMMech graph selection, support/navigation targets, footer and dark mode. Rendering used Kramdown with the deployed site's shell and styles; GitHub Pages rendering remains a post-merge check. A separate read-only review found no remaining defects. The final alias consistency check searched 1,076,421 files, including ignored and hidden files, and found no occurrences of the four newly supported graph aliases, confirming that the completed graph outputs remain valid.

Live card checks pass with growth warnings for five retained snapshots: CellStructureMech 906 → 909, DUFMech 6,532 → 8,295, HabitatMech 3,207 → 3,208, PathwayMech 156 → 157 and TraitMech 1,059 → 1,080. These additions are not a full fleet refresh.

Snapshot: /private/tmp/xmech-cmm-kg-ufn7jp79/mechs (9.0G), with CLAW in /private/tmp/xmech-cmm-kg-ufn7jp79/culturebotai-claw (12M), pins in revisions.json and the release archive beside them. Retain these through merge and deployment verification. This temporary directory also contains review artifacts, scripts and screenshots; remove only its verified snapshot/archive components after merge, retaining the review evidence.
