[Bug]: genericOptions should be a list of options but only last given option takes effect #284

From the code, it is clear that:
- genericOption is meant to be given multiple times
- but the parsing code only stores the last of the given
-ooptions

The other
-ooption comes from SiteDirector:but the pilot does not seem to do anything with it?
