Apps using only the Android foreground service still schedule iOS refresh requests through the plugin's lifecycle callbacks. Add
setIosBackgroundRefreshEnabled(false)to cancel pending/running refresh work and prevent rescheduling. The setting persists across launches; existing configured apps retain refresh by default and Android behavior is unchanged.Also skip registration and scheduling when the refresh identifier is absent from Info.plist, allowing apps to omit unused refresh configuration safely.
