The contracts dependency graph includes rand_xorshift 0.5.0, whose manifest uses edition2024. Cargo 1.79 cannot parse it, so the contracts CI needs a nightly toolchain. This adds the nightly toolchain configuration and keeps the expected rustfmt, clippy, rust-src, and wasm32 components available.

Validation: nightly cargo test/build were attempted locally; the Windows host could not link because MSVC link.exe is unavailable. Nightly rustfmt check passes.
