npm install/update and cargo update now only resolve versions published at least seven days ago, so a compromised package or crate has time to be caught and yanked before it lands in a lockfile. Cargo before 1.100 (12 Nov 2026) ignores the key with a warning and does not fail; CI builds from the committed lockfiles and resolves nothing either way. …tartup Returning from Settings or the context manager mounted a fresh queue that started empty, so "queue empty" showed until load() returned - seconds on a large queue. The queue now starts from a cache kept in lib/stores/queue-cache.ts and reconciles with the database in the background. main.ts fills that cache while the splash screen is up, so a cold start opens on the finished list. If that preload fails, the queue shows a "Loading stashes..." spinner (en, de, zh) instead of the empty state. Checked: svelte-check reports the same 35 errors as before and no new warnings, all 310 vitest tests pass, and tsc is clean for the touched files.
