Regenerated the dependency lock graph to fix the NU1004 failures on Linux, macOS and Windows. The grouped update left PowerForge.Web without its net10.0 lock section and left the referencing CLI/test graphs inconsistent. The regenerated files also synchronize existing project-version metadata; no production code or dependency policy changed.

Validation with the repository's pinned .NET SDK 10.0.303: the original locked restore reproduced NU1004, regenerated locked restore passes, and the focused Scriban template/navigation plus benchmark-history tests pass (55 passed, 0 failed, 0 skipped). Current-head CI and delayed feedback remain required before merge.
