Runs bundled tests on QuickJS (quickjs-ng) compiled to WebAssembly via quickjs-wasi, hosted on Node.js, so no native binary is needed. bin/quickjs-wasi.js provides what barebone engines are expected to have, mimicking `qjs --std`: print(), setTimeout/setInterval (with arguments), clearTimeout/clearInterval, gc(), catchable stack overflows, and unhandled rejections reported after the microtask queue is drained. EXODUS_TEST_PLATFORM is 'quickjs' (same engine, like shermes -> hermes), EXODUS_TEST_ENGINE is 'quickjs-wasi:bundle'.
