fix(player): smoother fullscreen, background bar swipe-up and edge swipes

Summary

• Edge swipes no longer seek: touches that start in the system back gesture strip never count as taps, and a double tap now fires when the second tap lifts.
• Background mini bar: swiping up grows it into the player like the music bar, fast flings no longer close it, the swipe reveal sits on the right side in RTL, and its queue has a seek bar with previous, play and next.
• The music mini bar fades out when swiped down to close.
• Portrait fullscreen slides the video to the centre instead of growing its box, and leaving it continues from where the finger let go.
• Landscape fullscreen keeps the watch page and seek bar in place until the rotation lands.
• Short swipes no longer collapse the player or enter fullscreen by accident, and the player moves at the screen's full refresh rate while a video plays.
