Update team page with 2027 leadership headshots - #30

Replace the circular avatars on the team page with a portrait 3:4 crop and swap in the new official headshots. - team-card: full-bleed 3:4 image at the top of the card instead of the rounded-full avatar, with a `zoom` prop (default 1.15) applied as an inline transform so per-person framing can be tuned. Fix the fallback src, which pointed at a path that no longer exists. - team page: 18 members onto the new headshots; Manas, Kelvin and Austin onto the placeholder pending their photos; Kirk Fields kept on his existing photo. Add Olivia Lewis's LinkedIn. - Recompress images: the new headshots to 800px wide and four oversized 26/ files to 500px, cutting ~22MB to ~1.4MB. Drop three images that were no longer referenced.
