feat(demo): let App Review try TG Archive with no server, on an invented archive built in - #17

…ith no server App Review, and anyone curious, can now open TG Archive without running a Telegram-Archive server. "Try the Demo" on the connect screen opens the demo server's invented archive, bundled in the app and answered by a URLProtocol behind the ordinary APIClient, so no request leaves the phone. Every screen says it is the demo, and Exit Demo returns to the connect screen.

TestFlight can't install TG Archive (Apple's missing beta contract on the app record), so we're publishing it on the App Store. App Review needs a way into the app. Running a public demo server for them means a host to keep up and a share link that expires every 14 days.
This adds a "Try the Demo" button on the connect screen. It opens the demo server's invented archive, which now ships inside the app: 15 chats, 398 messages and 27 photos, built from the committed fixtures by
scripts/build-demo-archive.sh.DemoURLProtocolanswers an ordinaryAPIClientfordemo.tgarchive.invalid, a host that can never resolve. Every screen above it (chat list, threads, topics, search, the media viewer, settings) runs unchanged, and no archive request goes over the network (location cards still load Apple Maps tiles; videos and voice notes are not bundled and show as unavailable). The demo is never saved to the Keychain. A strip at the top of every screen says it is the demo, and "Exit Demo" (in the strip or in Settings) goes back to the connect screen. A relaunch also lands there.Also in this PR:
Tests: 8 unit tests (routes, all three cursors, topics, search, photos and 404s, every bundled message decodes and every photo it shows is bundled, the session never touches the Keychain or the last server) and one UI test (open the demo, read a thread, open a photo, search, open a hit, exit, relaunch). CI's test-count floor goes from 228 to 237.
