Part of #17 . This adds validate_zarr cases for the
platemetadata for v0.4. I checked this with both ome-zarr-models-py and the jsonschema dingus. Theinvalidcases below are found to be valid by ome-zarr-models-py because ome-zarr-models-py is more permissive, but I think the test cases are correct.
