What was wrong

Invites, roles, access requests and switching workspaces showed up in release notes, but there was no docs page for them. Other pages already mention billing-only members without explaining the role.

What changed

  • New platform/workspaces-and-members page: one owned workspace, joining by invite, Owner/Admin/Member/Billing, request access, the sidebar switcher, and Last active on Members.
  • Added it to the Workspace group in the sidebar.

Why

People need a single place that explains who can invite, who can open billing, and how to move between workspaces.

Invites, roles, access requests and switching were spread across release
notes and never had a home in the docs. This page covers how workspaces are
owned and joined, what each role can do, and where Last active comes from.

No issues found by static checks — no coupling regressions or blocking issues in the code graph. That is not the same as safe to merge: see what was not checked.

Not checked: tests were not run; no formal proof of the changed code.

Graphify review — findings

Adds workspace membership docs that explain single ownership, the four roles with their exact permissions, invite and access-request flows, sidebar switching, and last-active timestamps that combine console and agent activity. Navigation now surfaces the page under Workspace and llms.txt links it for hosted-feature queries.

No blocking issues surfaced.
