Graphify reviewed this change.
No issues found by static checks — no coupling regressions or blocking issues in the code graph. That is not the same as safe to merge: see what was not checked.
Not checked: tests were not run; no formal proof of the changed code.
Graphify review — findings
Adds query support for combined graphs over hosted MCP so agents can target a workspace the same way they target a single repository. list_repositories now surfaces promoted merges with kind: "workspace" and the group id; the usual query tools accept that id in repository_id and serve the merged graph. A group is only queryable once its merge is promoted; otherwise the tools simply see no matching repository and review tools remain unavailable.
No blocking issues surfaced. 2 lower-confidence candidates did not survive cross-model review.
Analysis details — impact, health, verification
Impact & health
Graphify review
Impact — 31 functions depend on the 31 functions this change touches.
Health — grade A; no new coupling hotspots.
Verification — 31 functions in the blast radius were not formally verified this run (proofs are advisory here).
Gate & verification
graphify gate
PASS — objectively clean (no health regressions, tests not run — proofs not run this pass (advisory)). Grounded, not self-assessed.
Advisory (not blocking):
- verification_scope: 31 function(s) in the blast radius were not formally verified this run
Combined graphs already show up in list_repositories as kind "workspace". This adds the steps to find the group id and pass it to query tools, plus a pointer from the graph explorer page.

What this adds
Your agent can already query a combined graph.
list_repositoriesreturns groups withkind: "workspace", and query tools take the group id like a repository id.This page now walks through building a combined graph, finding that id, and passing it to the tools. The graph explorer page links to the same steps.
