Removes the DaCe orchestration support from gt4py.next (calling GT4Py programs from inside a @dace.program). This is a user-facing removal.

Removed:

• the SDFGConvertible subclass of Program (runners/dace/program.py) and the override in ffront/decorator.py that swapped it in when dace was importable;
• the extractors pass (iterator/transforms/extractors.py), whose only user was that subclass;
• the disable_itir_transforms option of the dace translator and of make_dace_translator;
• the data_ptr / __descriptor__ dace interop on NdArrayField;
• the tests dace_tests/test_orchestration.py, dace_tests/test_program.py and iterator_tests/test_extractors.py. test_step_builders_reach_all_step_settings now exercises disable_field_origin_on_program_arguments instead.

The connectivities compilation option stays (it is the default offset provider of Program.compile); only its docstring changed.

The CPU elif len(constant_symbols) != 0: branch in workflow/translation.py is kept on purpose; only its orchestration-specific comment was removed. It is still reached with auto_optimize=False on CPU together with use_zero_origin=True or unstructured_horizontal_has_unit_stride=True.

If this feature is required in the future we can resurrect it and expose it in a cleaner way, e.g. as a transformation on top of a program.
