  • JSC-HPC: namelist files are simply cloned, not generated, which remove ectk dependency

To the best of my knowledge, I have added all your suggestions, @kvrigor - thanks!

Waiting for the MR in the namelist-repo to possibly update cloned-branch to master. Otherwise, I think this could be ready - running it succeeded for me.
