Three small follow-ups, one commit each.

DSD bitrate (`e315bdf`)

DSD is one bit per sample and channel at a constant rate, so its header gives the bitrate exactly: 5 645 kbps for DSD64 stereo. The chip showed nothing for DSF and DFF files. The live meter from #26 does not count DSD packets, so the chip keeps this figure throughout.

Restart state that cannot be read (`6181265`)

A copy started with --restart-state (the pin under Wayland) that finds no state it can read still opens with an empty playlist, as before. It now says so in the status line ("Playlist lost while restarting", 8 languages) rather than look as if nothing had been playing. This was the follow-up left from #15, where exiting in that case was declined.

Socket paths too long for `sun_path` (`56d11b8`)

A socket path must fit in sun_path (104 bytes on macOS, 108 on Linux). A $TMPDIR set by hand or a long user name could make the usual one too long: neither end could create the socket, and every launch opened its own window. The order is now:

the usual name in the private directory, as before, so earlier versions still find each other;
a short name (wfqp.sock) in the same directory;
/tmp/wfqp-<uid>/wfqp.sock, in a directory made with mode 0700. It is refused when it is another user's, a symlink, or open to others, and the launch then runs standalone as before.

Tested

Windows: cargo fmt --check, cargo clippy --locked --all-targets -- -D warnings, cargo test --locked (80 tests, 3 new).
Window captures on Windows: a DSD64 DSF shows DSD64 · 5645 kbps · 2.8 MHz; --restart-state given a missing file shows the status line.
Fedora 44 (GNOME Wayland): clippy and tests (77, including the /tmp fallback). With $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR set to a private 138-character directory, a running player plus an --enqueue launch gives one instance; the files arrive over /tmp/wfqp-1000/wfqp.sock (directory mode 0700). With /tmp/wfqp-1000 replaced by a symlink, the directory is refused and nothing is created through the link.
Not tested on macOS: the Mac was offline. The path code there is the same as on Linux except for the 104-byte limit; macOS CI runs the unit tests.
