Running
jt codex initagainst an existing environment configuration previously left it unchanged and required a separate update step. It now automatically backs up and overwrites existing configurations, including custom files; identical content remains unchanged.Keep
--checkas an optional preview and--updateas an explicit equivalent of the default. Preserve symlink, concurrent-write, and recovery safeguards, and align CLI help and documentation.Validated with
cargo fmt --check,cargo clippy --locked --all-targets --all-features -- -D warnings, andcargo test --locked(254 tests). CLI regression covers default overwrite, byte-exact recovery backups, optional preview, and the existing--updateflag.
