Port original owner PR #48 onto nightly V2 organization tools. Authenticated MCP clients can read bounded invocation context and paginated thread metadata without conversation bodies or credential reads.

The existing shell projection now supplies independent pending-approval and user-input counts. Native intake retains active inventory, strict input/auth guards, bounded allowlists, title truncation, sanitized failures, and projection-watermark pagination. V2 activity reports genuine run IDs separately; unavailable legacy turn/session and background coverage remain explicit. The watermark does not attest runtime generation, custody, or queue emptiness.

Stacked on #104. All 17 original added cases and 75 baseline case names are retained, with six adaptation cases. Final affected validation passed 224 tests across 14 modules with no skips; all five package typechecks, scoped formatting/lint, and Knip passed. The independent pending-request regression fails against the original parent projection and passes on the candidate. Seven advisory schema-compilation lint warnings are retained. The server bundle also passed.

Source-only port: no live MCP invocation, provider access, private registry or runtime adoption was performed.
