Merge the upstream orchestrator replacement while preserving the resolved Jones integration surfaces. All 115 original conflicted paths have no unmerged entries and the current source marker scan is clean. This is the accepted local integration checkpoint S, not a validated delivery. The coherent queue repair passes 321 affected tests. Remaining original runtime checkpoint attribution, failed-terminal checkpoint and never-claimed recovery repairs remain open, together with package types/lint/build and final CI/app validation. Temporary runtime diagnostics and the new failed-primary test WIP are preserved unstaged; subsequent fixes follow as ordinary commits. No PR merge, deployment, history rewrite or cleanup is performed.
…urce Tree equals current extracted stack parent; bounded queue adaptation follows.

The Submitted work page can now display bounded metadata from the existing agent queue. Authenticated reads validate the configured publisher identity, strict schema, digest and freshness; real queue data stays read-only and separate from the labeled mock preview.
This integration candidate targets current #77 (
ae25e5d04) and preserves #78 and #88 as independently owned PRs. It replays the four #78 page commits, adds the canonical queue metadata reader/API/client/page, and includes #88’s two exact schema-pin repairs. The original metadata worktree remains unchanged.Validation: 450 affected tests pass across ten files; scoped lint passes for 38 TypeScript paths; contracts, client-runtime and web typechecks pass. The real server and Vite app start against isolated synthetic state. Actual Python publisher bytes return through the authenticated HTTP API, with verified 401, unavailable and recovery behavior. Server typecheck exits 1 on nine inherited Effect warnings in seven files unchanged from #77. Rendered UI remains unverified because the native browser automation host became unavailable.
No merge or runtime activation is requested by this PR. Live queue dispatch and browser receipt-through-Assessed acceptance remain separate operational work.
Hosted CI is not green. Exact-parent comparison across eight completed failed jobs found identical 129 failure titles, five unused exports and two SSH type errors; 44 selected source/config blobs match. Build, Rust and release smoke pass. Server shards 2 and 4 were outside that comparison while pending. A separate six-test launcher run passes one and fails five: four stale six-entry fork-migration assertions versus thirteen actual entries, and one native-store-path qualification failure. Relevant source is unchanged from #77, and owned scratch cleanup is empty. These are readiness blockers, not waived checks or queue integration regressions.
Rebuild extraction integration
Adds authenticated sampled queue metadata in Jones contracts/server/client-runtime/web modules and connects the existing queue page. Mock queue stays separately labeled.
Current head:
83968024f7e3f03ca1c551ac344481ef64e36a02. Parent:work/native-invocation-context-20261002. Existing PR and original head remain preserved through ordinary merge commits and fast-forward publication. Obsolete inherited legacy content is excluded from the final feature delta.Local validation: 69 queue metadata cases across eight files; contracts/server/client-runtime/web typechecks; strict boundary, lint and formatting. Producer fixture bytes are preserved. Live producer currentness is unverified.
Hosted CI is separate and must qualify this current head before landing. Upstream nightly2761 is a comparison pin, not an imported update. No runtime adoption or deployment is claimed.
The inherited Workstreams HTTP formatting failure was corrected at the earliest affected layer and propagated with normal merges. Current head:
83968024f7e3f03ca1c551ac344481ef64e36a02. Delta from the prior qualified source: tree identical. Prior behavioral checks remain applicable; hosted CI must qualify this new head.
