Release discovery and cached SSH CLIs must retain their Jones Code origin. This layer defaults discovery to Jones, records and validates exact executable/version provenance for cached CLIs, rejects incomplete or foreign caches, and makes installers report unavailable Jones artifacts without an upstream fallback. Explicit valid mirrors remain supported.
The eleven-file source manifest is intact after the normal branding-parent merge. Local tests/types and installer/package execution are UNRUN; hosted CI begins qualification. No installer, updater, release, signing or runtime activation was executed. Merge requires exact-head CI and accepted coverage evidence.
