Restore the compact CPU and available-RAM indicators from original PRs #16, #18, #47 and #74 on the accepted nightly line. The authenticated server gateway owns collector access; unavailable and stale values remain explicit, and header badges disappear as space narrows to preserve the title.
Preserves synthetic gateway, authorization, freshness, desktop/browser transport and layout tests. Primary interactive UI acceptance remains with the integration coordinator; no collector configuration or runtime activation is performed.
Validation: 92 tests across six focused files passed; targeted lint, contracts/server/web typechecks and scoped Knip export checks passed. The initial default scoped Knip run reported unchanged baseline unlisted references to @effect/language-service and cc; no unrelated repairs were made. Hosted full CI is pending.
Implemented by GPT-6 Astra through the Codex harness.
