Formats the SSH tunnel provenance test while preserving its assertions and behavior. Against the actual L42 parent, the diff remains exactly one file:

This incorporates the operator-integrated PR147 test registration repair through its actual parent ancestry. The inherited test matches qualified PR147 exactly; the tunnel formatter source remains byte-identical to the existing repair. Base stayswork/jones-rebuild/L42-release-origin.Fresh scoped formatting/lint and normal merge hooks pass under per-command shared flock and fresh admission; task scratch is cleaned. Fresh hosted CI on this exact head and base remains required; old failed checks are stale. Operator retains merge/retarget authority.
