Runtime identity helpers were exported without consumers, and legacy Codex replay fixtures did not model native goal reads before Stop. Keep the helpers private and share the typed compatibility replay factory while recorded goal frames and unexpected writes remain strict.
Repair child of #116 at 670d4c8. Root owns propagation into the original branch.
Validation: 209 adapter tests, the focused MCP running/queued child follow-up replay (1 passed, 1 unrelated test skipped by filter), scoped formatting/lint, server typecheck, and normal commit hooks passed. Hosted full CI runs on this non-draft child.
Implemented with GPT-6.1-Sol through Codex in T3 Code; resumed saved repair source.
