Add the 30-second promo demo to the README - #128

The poster was the 4-second hook card ("...then grades"): a mock PR and a
blog quote, with no product name and no product UI on it. As the only image
a README visitor sees before clicking, it advertised the problem rather
than the tool. Replaced with the 16-second frame: the Kanban board, the
Reviewer bot's brief and the bug it catches, with the Claude Code Studio
footer. The end card was the other candidate and was rejected because it
bakes in "Latest release v8.0.2", which goes stale on the next release.
README_UA.md and README_RU.md are maintained in parallel with README.md, so
they get the same Demo section at the same place.
