Localise every string the settings, home and modules screens show

What

The settings screen, the home status/modules/support cards and the modules list still showed hardcoded Chinese regardless of the app language, and several keys were missing from every locale.

Changes

• Move all hardcoded UI text in SettingsScreen, HomeScreen and ModulesScreen into string resources (reusing existing keys where they already exist: info_*, action_soft_reboot*, nav_modules, update_channel_canary).
• Add the new keys (settings_*, home_*, modules_update_available, modules_scope_count) to all 18 locales: ar, de, es, fa, fr, in, it, iw, ja, ko, pl, pt-BR, ru, tr, uk, vi, zh-CN, zh-TW.
• Fill the keys that were missing everywhere: nav_settings (manager) and logs_filter_writers / logs_filter_none / logs_filter_clear_writer / modules_scope_more (manager-ui).
• Plural forms for home_modules_active and modules_scope_count with correct one/few/many sets for ru, uk, pl and ar.

Verification

• ./gradlew :manager:assembleDebug succeeds.
• A key-parity audit shows every translatable default key present in every locale.
