This PR updates existing functionality to match the OID4VP and HAIP 1.0 Final specifications. There are some breaking changes in here, but that's to be expected. And I doubt anyone is using this project right now so I'm not going to worry about it too much.
This PR also bumps minimum supported runtimes to Deno 2.5+ and Node LTS 24+.
And yes, tests are broken, but there are a bunch of other changes coming that'll fix them.
