Implemented in #1306.
The image list is validated with a zod schema before anything is rendered: an entry that is not text, is empty, is not a source
next/imagecan load, or repeats an address is skipped, and every skipped entry is reported to the user in a status notice with the reason it was skipped. The lightbox index is clamped to the list as well, so it can never point at an image that does not exist.The PR also covers #1264, because both changes touch the same component.
