Adds Companion project selection through the title-bar menu and MCP, with persistent names and a searchable Prism instance picker. Switching uses the existing application-owned lifecycle, preserves the MCP endpoint, and supports expected-project checks for code execution.

New folder selections require mods or existing TotalDebug data and reject unsupported directories before creating files. Code browsing still requires a saved runtime inventory; the follow-up plan for local mod browsing and indexing is included.

Validation: Companion test suite and executable packaging; picker and project-management screenshots inspected in both themes. Regression coverage includes rejected folders, project isolation, and right-click management without opening a project.
