Block ViaFabricPlus Detection

Feature request, not sure if it's possible though. Server I have seen this on is mcpvp.club but not sure if others are too.

my old hypothesis was wrong this seems to just be the anvil method so idrk why its working

@imeesa Tweakeroo is detected because it opens a plugin channel. It also has to do with malilib why that happens. I do not block mods with plugin channels because plugin channels is an intended feature of mods that leak themselves.

I looked again at the ViaFabricPlus situation. I cannot patch this because then ExploitPreventer would be detectable. ViaFabricPlus only changes the version if you join but in the resource pack request is the real minecraft version in a header.
