Data types without an SDK version
TEDEFO-5220
The data types do not depend on the SDK version (OP-TED/eforms-core-java#72). So
SdkSymbolResolver, and the test mockSymbolResolverMockV2, create them withnew SdkDataTypeRepository(), without a version, in the place where release 2.0.0-alpha.9 calledSdkDataTypeRepository.createDefault().It needs OP-TED/eforms-core-java#72: until that pull request is merged and published, the build on GitHub fails.
Validation
mvn test: all 1530 tests pass, with the eForms Core Library of TEDEFO-5239 Create the data types without an SDK version eforms-core-java#72.
