Updates the seven existing xWeatherRouting Alpha catalogue entries to 1.18.1.0. This release retains Quick, Standard and Professional routing, and Quick now tests additional valid tack and gybe angles when repairing a route near its destination. The change fixes a reproduced Santa Cruz–Kaneohe case. xWeatherRouting remains separately named from the standard Weather Routing plugin.
The release source passed the nine-target CircleCI publication workflow: Debian 12/13 x86_64, Ubuntu 22.04/24.04 x86_64, Debian 12 ARM64, Flatpak x86_64/aarch64, Windows x86, and macOS ARM64. All nine package/metadata pairs passed identity and layout checks; every XML also passed the OpenCPN catalogue schema. The seven desktop targets in this PR have public Cloudsmith URLs for the reviewed
1.18.1.0+735.a7bb4c8upload. Debian ARM64 and Flatpak aarch64 remain direct-testing packages outside the catalogue.Stock OpenCPN uses GSHHG land checks. Optional chart-backed safety requires a compatible host. The Windows package targets 32-bit OpenCPN.
