What changed in this PR
Adjusts MCXA board initialization to support the bootloader’s external-flash journal by lowering the FIRC frequency.
Changes:
- Reduces FIRC from 192 MHz to 96 MHz.
- Sets active and low-power voltage modes to
NormalModewith normal drive strength. - Removes explicit clock and sleep overrides, relying on HAL defaults.

The Board trait used 192 MHz clock, which worked when journal was in internal flash. With external flash journal, FIRC frequency needs to be set lower.
Tested on EVK and DKs.
