  1. Pin Python 3.11 in XSTools ubuntu-latest build

  2. Updated:

  • "checkout" to version 7
  • "setup-python" to version 7
  • "upload-artifact" to version 7
  • "download-artifact" to version 8
  • "cache" to version 6

We need to figure out why these tests fail on Linux.
