The current star history chart is broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Update the chart to use the new domain so it renders correctly again.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken because of GitHub stargazer API restrictions. This change points the chart to the new domain so it works again.
The owner/repo in the chart matches the current repository origin, so no additional updates are needed.
