Refresh all 1,443 entries in 21 Turkish PO catalogs, including the legacy VLC catalog. Previously, 859 entries were untranslated or marked fuzzy. Use consistent receiver terminology, Turkish plural rules, and UTF-8 metadata while preserving message IDs, contexts, source references, and runtime placeholders.

Remove stale fuzzy markers and correct the erroneous python-format flag on AutoTimer’s literal “80% of” help text.
Validation: all 21 catalogs pass msgfmt --check --check-format under Ubuntu 26.04 in WSL. Compiled catalogs load through GNUTranslations; placeholder order, named placeholders, brace fields, newlines, source keys, and translation completeness were checked. No receiver runtime or full image build was performed.
