Summary

Adds localized translations for the alarm_read_only service validation exception across Italian, French, and Dutch translation catalogs.

Closes #615.

Details

• Italian (it.json): Uses the phrasing suggested by @fedem95 in the feat(alarm): read-only alarm panel; arm and disarm through AUX frames (#564) #609 / Review follow-up for #609: how each alarm review comment was handled #615 review:
  "{name} è di sola lettura: inserisci e disinserisci l'allarme con i comandi AUX programmati sulla centrale"
• French (fr.json):
  "{name} est en lecture seule : armez et désarmez via les commandes AUX programmées sur la centrale"
• Dutch (nl.json):
  "{name} is alleen-lezen: in- en uitschakelen gebeurt via de AUX-opdrachten waarvoor de centrale is geprogrammeerd"

Verification

• tests/test_translation_placeholders.py: All 6 checks pass (placeholders match strings.json and en.json, no orphaned or missing keys).

• Alarm test suite (tests/test_alarm_read_only.py, tests/test_component_alarm.py): 15/15 passed.

• ruff check and scripts/verify_ha_standards.py pass with 0 violations.

• V2 Architecture: New entities implement handle_event() and do not manually subscribe via async_dispatcher_connect. (No new entities.)
