heating: WHAT 107 / 108 / 208 (zone eco / comfort mode echoes of a KW4691 behind an F461) are not decoded #146

Environment: OWNd master f04d8aa (same on 2.0.0b11), BTicino F461 2.0.11, Living Now KW4691 standalone thermostat on zone 2. Physical capture in OpenWebNet-HA/MyHOME#810 (f461_live_2026-10-24, run 4) and the 2026-10-24 Heating Eco follow-up posted on OpenWebNet-HA/MyHOME#791.
Frames. Writing the DIMENSION 7 templates on zone 2 makes the thermostat echo a mode frame that OWNHeatingEvent parses with mode = None ("Zone 2's mode is unknown"):

The frames repeat in every later *#4*2*12## reply (*#4*2*12*0180*3##, *4*107*2##) while the preset is active, and in the *#4*2## zone status reply in place of the season frame. Not in the OpenWebNet Encyclopedia WHO 4 WHAT table as far as I can see; 110 / 210 (manual), 102 / 202 (antifreeze / thermal protection), 303 (off) and 311 (automatic) are decoded, 107 / 108 / 207 / 208 are not (207 is presumed by symmetry and was not observed).
Ask. Decode 107 / 108 as heating eco / comfort and 207 / 208 as cooling eco / comfort on OWNHeatingEvent (zone mode, is_active unaffected), with the three observed frames as inline test cases. The physical rows are in the MyHOME fixture; I can add them to a trace PR there if useful.
