Written for this project rather than pasted: it keeps the usual protections, adds "accept a reverted patch without taking it personally" (this repo reverts mixed benchmark results by rule), and makes passing off unmeasured or dev-set numbers as the project's results a conduct matter — which is the one thing that would actually damage it.
