test(arkts): refresh synthetic module fixtures

The two synthetic Module fixtures were repaired upstream in #12790, including the newer class_family_syntax field. This PR is superseded.

The original fixture repair passed 114 tests in both release and debug; the workspace inventory continues to cover this crate.
