Fixes #75
Reverses the orderbook display so best bid and best ask appear at the top of their respective tables, matching standard exchange UI conventions. JSON output preserves API order for backward compatibility.

Overview
Table order book output now reverses bid and ask rows before rendering so the best prices appear at the top of each table, matching typical exchange order book UIs.
JSON output is unchanged—it still serializes the API response as-is for backward compatibility.
