Package all 4 MCP evaluation tasks (static, conformance, behavioral, compass-publish) and the mcp-eval-pipeline into a single OCI bundle published to Quay. Changes: - Create mcp-eval-pipeline.yaml: orchestrates 4 tasks with proper sequencing - Add bundle-mcp-eval Makefile target: packages to quay.io/ecosystem-appeng/abevalflow-mcp-eval-bundle:VERSION - Add GitHub workflow step to publish MCP bundle (after individual task bundles) - Add integration guide: usage, prerequisites, secret setup, troubleshooting Bundle tested locally and verified in Quay. All 4 tasks + pipeline present. All 164 MCP tests pass. Ruff clean. Co-Authored-By: Claude Haiku 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
