Highlights

A failed agent now fails fullsend run for a harness without a validation_loop. When the agent exits non-zero, or exits 0 with an error in its transcript, fullsend run exits non-zero with agent failed with exit code <code>, so the agent job goes red on GitHub Actions and GitLab CI. Before, the run exited 0. The post-script still runs if the agent left a result file that parses (agent-result.json by default, up to 4 MiB), and it gets FULLSEND_AGENT_EXIT_CODE. With no such file, the post-script is skipped. Turn and budget limits still count as success. Harnesses with a validation_loop, including every agent in fullsend-ai/agents, are unchanged. If you rely on the job staying green after a failed agent, for example with a harness made by fullsend agent new without --validation-loop, add a validation_loop so validation decides (#8306).

The inference gateway can now sit under a path prefix: inference.gateway.url accepts https://gateway.example.com/team-a, and the credential stays bound to <prefix>/v1/**. A bare origin behaves as before (#8338).

repos.yaml uses one config schema at every scope: defaults.config, the new github.config and gitlab.config sections, and each repository entry's config, all of which accept runtime and allowed_remote_resources (#8331). If your manifest sets these two keys directly under defaults or a repository entry, move them under config; the old keys now fail to load and the error names the new path. A per-repository allowed_remote_resources list now adds to the inherited list instead of replacing it, and [] still denies every remote resource. repos install no longer takes --runtime or --allowed-remote-resources.

The docs have a new "How fullsend authenticates" page and a separate "Using an inference gateway" page, both under User Guides, and the setup guides now list the roles and permissions each step needs (#8342, #8336, #8350, #8347). Docs heading anchors now match GitHub's, so links to numbered steps work; bookmarks to the old #_N-… anchors change (#8352). A stale credential seed can no longer overwrite a newer refresh (#8314).
