This is the Ragnarson fork of musicglue/ruby-audio-heroku-gem (itself a fork of klangfeld/ruby-audio-heroku-gem). It exists to keep the gem installable on modern RubyGems: version 1.7.0 drops the has_rdoc gemspec attribute that RubyGems 4 removed.
Gemified release of ruby/audio. ruby-audio-heroku wraps around libsndfile to provide simplified sound reading and writing support to ruby programs. The core is the RubyAudio::Sound class, which is a subclass of RubyAudio::CSound. RubyAudio::Buffer contains sound data and RubyAudio::SoundInfo contains information about the format of a sound file.
Khurramazaman have made Stephen Augenstein’s gem work on heroku.
