What
Closes the small cross-surface gaps between REST, the CLI and MCP.
--seedwithout--splitis refused (exit 2) instead of being silently ignored.list_project_assetstool, the counterpart ofGET /projects/{id}/assets, so an asset removed from a batch stays reachable. The tool count in the docs is corrected to 60 offered by default and 64 in all.docs/content/mcp.mdanddocs/content/cli.mdnow state which REST routes and CLI commands each surface does not offer, the per-surface parameter names and response shapes, and the declaredallowed_actionsthat have no matching tool or command.Addresses findings 3, 6, 9, 10 and 11 of #884 and its reverse-gaps note. Finding 7 was already fixed by #887. The rest of that tracker is untouched.

openapi.json, the MCP tool roster and the CLI command tree.GET /projects/{id}/assetscarries the same stale ordering sentence the new tool's description had; fixing it changesopenapi.jsonand the generated client, so it is left for a separate change.Verification
tests/cli,tests/mcp,tests/architecture,tests/server: 1862 passed, 8 skipped.ruff check/ruff format --checkclean;scripts/export_mcp_tools.py --checkpasses; the docs link and sidebar tests pass.
