An API host is a programmatic endpoint, not a dashboard login. Use the host, authentication and completion states in the reference for the integration you choose.
Check the route and wallet requirements in the relevant guide. A quote or a created order is not a completed payment. Follow that product's status or receipt instructions, and keep any required wallet approval with the user or their authorized signer.
